Congratulations Manuel Irujo & Bill Hollman – Certified Reliability Leaders

Manuel Irujo and Bill Hollman were recently certified as Reliability Leaders.  Both Manuel and Bill participated in a concentrated, week-long Certified Reliability Leader workshop recently hosted by The Reliability Leadership Institute (Reliabilityweb.com) along with leaders from many world-wide companies including participants from The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The United Kingdom, Canada and Japan.  The Certified Reliability Leader workshop focused on the role and actions of company leaders in whole life asset reliability decisions and whole life value delivery through a culture of  leadership. A reliability culture is a business initiative to improve company performance via increased reliability of assets.  The credo is “you do not have to go looking for reliability when it is where you come from.”  The workshop was centered on the Uptime® Elements™ and the CRL Body of Knowledge (BoK) system, which provided guidance and a theory map of theory, to empower NEFCO’s two new Certified Reliability Leaders engage and empower every stakeholder in NEFCO organization as a Reliability Leader.
